GE Jingyi, Joyce (They/Them) is a HongKong-based new media artist, researcher and educator. They graduate from City University of Hong Kong as Bachelor in New Media, and MPhil in Arts, Creativity and Education at University of Cambridge. Their interests cover interdisciplinary areas including art/science, post-colonism, critical ecology and ambiences through critically engaging with new media arts.
Joyce is an art maker, a weak spirit that always thinking of doing something and runing away at all the time. They know Mandarian, English, Japanese and Cantonese. But for most of time they can speak nothing but listening, touching, smelling, tasting, feeling and singing.
